Bench supply software to thousands of hotels worldwide. In 'the old days' when a new software operator had a question they'd call Bench HQ and take up valuable time. We came in, spent a day capturing the software being used, recorded the voice over and put together a series of online tutorials. Now the Bench HQ telephone rings a lot less.
